Refunds for Course Registration

Refunds for tuition paid for a specific course—minus a $95 administrative/study module fee—are given if notification is received 14 days prior to the course start date. Notification must be given using the form linked below.

The administrative/study module fee applies to all types of registrations for continuing education courses without exception. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment (credit card or check). Please allow a two-week refund processing time once submitting the form.

Refunds will not be given under the following circumstances:

• Participant is a no-show at the course
• Participant wishes to cancel/transfer but does not inform the Kathe Wallace 14 days before the start of the course

Refunds as Credit Toward a Future Course

Participants who have paid in full have the option of transferring their registration to a future course under the following circumstances:

• The future course must be listed currently on www.kathewallace.com; participant must choose exactly which course they want to take and is responsible for paying for any difference in course pricing
• The transfer request must be received 14 days prior to the course start date
• The transfer credit expires one year from the date the participant submits their transfer request

Cancellation by Sponsor [Kathe Wallace Pelvic Resources PLLC]

Courses will not be cancelled due to low enrollment. However, rare events beyond the control of the sponsor can cause cancellation, such as terrorism, war, labor strike, natural disasters, instructor flight or travel plan interruptions, or instructor illness, death or family emergency. This is a non-exhaustive list of possibilities. If a course is cancelled as a result of unforeseeable events, whether or not they are listed here, the following terms apply:

1. Kathe Wallace Pelvic Resources PLLC, will refund the registration cost minus a $50 reduced administrative fee. Participants have the option of transferring registration to another self-sponsored course, following the Refunds as Credit Toward a Future Course procedure above. The maximum liability from Kathe Wallace Pelvic Resource PLLC to any registrant will not exceed the payed registration fee.
2. Kathe Wallace Pelvic Resources will not be held liable for any expenses or costs a registrant incurred related to his/her attempt to attend a cancelled course. These expenses or costs could include any or all of the times in this non-exhaustive sample list. Travel plans including airfare, lodging, mileage or ground transportation and personal or work-related loss of hours.
